1. All game content, including but not limited to graphics, designs, systems, methods, information, software, code, data, text, images, audio, videos, interactive features, and other content ("Content") may be owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, download, store, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit any Content.
3. You agree not to use any cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
4. You agree not to exploit any bugs or glitches in the game, and you agree to report any bugs or glitches to us.

1. The Service may include virtual currency, items, or other features that can be purchased with real money.
2. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
3. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at any time, with or without notice.
4. The transfer of virtual currency or items to other accounts or players is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted within the Service.
5. Virtual currency and items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tangible value.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Using the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms
2. Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
3. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
4. Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
5. Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express permission
6. Using offensive, obscene, or discriminatory language in any communication
7. Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack the Service, or to defeat or overcome any technology, encryption, or security measures implemented in the Service

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ludo Game and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ludo Game.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall Ludo Game, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
3. Any content obtained from the Service
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
